Residential Painting - Green & Clean Home Solutions

Green & Clean Home Solutions is looking for an experienced Residential Painting with professional painting experience. If you’re a skilled painter can assist in projects running smoothly, and cares about delivering a polished, professional experience for homeowners, this role is designed for you.

Key responsibilities include:

- Completing interior & exterior painting/staining services in a quality first piece work system.
- Providing professional services to homeowners, neighbours, and referral partners
- Coaching, training, and supporting junior painters to help them improve speed, quality, and attention to detail
- Making sure tools, ladders, and equipment are properly maintained, safely stored, and ready for the next project.

What You Bring

We’re searching for someone who combines painting expertise with strong people and organizational skills.

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of residential or professional painting experience
- Are confident leading a small team and giving clear direction on site
- Communicate effectively with both crew members and clients
- Can work safely and comfortably with ladders and other job-site equipment
- Take pride in details, from surface prep to final clean-up
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
- Have a secondary school diploma (preferred)
- Hold WHMIS or Working at Heights certification (asset only; training support available if needed)

Compensation & Growth

- Hourly rate: $25–$32 per hour, based on job performance, efficiency, experience,



quality of work, and project demands

Scheduling Requirement

All successful candidates must be available on the Sunday before their official start date for mandatory onboarding and training. This session aligns expectations and prepares you for managing sites the G&C; way.
