We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Concrete Finisher Helper to join our civil construction team. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a strong crew that gets the job done, this could be a great fit.
This is a hands-on role supporting experienced concrete finishers on sidewalks, curbs, and civil infrastructure projects across the Lower Mainland.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting concrete finishers with prep, placement, and finishing work
- Setting up forms and preparing work areas
- Helping with concrete pours, leveling, and clean-up
- Moving materials, tools, and equipment
- Using hand tools safely
- Supporting the crew wherever needed to keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Physically capable of lifting and working on your feet all day
- Construction or concrete experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
