Position: Business Sales Representative

Compensation: Receive a guaranteed $70,000 base salary during your first 12 months while you build your territory and customer base. Following the initial onboarding period, compensation transitions to an uncapped commission structure, offering excellent earning potential for high-performing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage customer accounts, orders, deliveries, and relationships within an assigned territory.

· Develop current business opportunities and grow existing customer partnerships.

· Provide consultative sales support and recommend value-added food service solutions.

· Use CRM tools to track accounts, performance, and sales growth.

Qualifications





· 3+ years of sales or business experience, preferably within food service or a related industry.

· Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Results-driven, organized, adaptable, and able to manage sales goals and territories effectively.

· Strategic thinker with strong integrity, initiative, and ability to adapt to change.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
