Asset based trucking company is seeking an Director of Brokerage Operations to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

- Formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives (brokerage is at startup stage)
- Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the trucking industry/freight brokerage
- Strong sales and management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Solid leadership qualities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Experience:

- Transportation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Management: 2 years (Preferred)
