Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Soon-To-Be RMTs to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for licensed therapists who are eager to deliver exceptional massage services while growing their skills in a supportive setting. All positions are paid, including internships, with a focus on fostering professional development and client satisfaction.

Duties

- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment plans, and ensure comfort throughout each session.
- Maintain detailed treatment notes and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Promote a positive client experience through excellent customer service and attentive communication skills.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment that adheres to health and safety protocols.
- Stay informed about the latest massage techniques and industry best practices to enhance your service offerings.




- Support clinic operations by managing appointment schedules efficiently and responding promptly to client inquiries.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) or actively working towards RMT certification.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for soon-to-be RMTs.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
