Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pet Grooming Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming workplace for pet owners and their pets. As we are an early-stage business, the successful candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the store's daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operation of the pet grooming store
- Perform professional pet grooming services
- Welcome customers, manage appointments, and provide grooming consultations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pets and customers
- Assist customers with pet product recommendations and retail sales
- Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock takes, replenish shelves, and order grooming supplies and retail products as required
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily store administration
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally
- Support marketing activities, promotions,



and membership programs
- Maintain accurate operational records and assist with basic reporting

Identify opportunities to improve store operations and enhance the customer

Qualifications

- Proven experience in pet grooming or related customer service roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for animals and commitment to providing outstanding pet care services
- Professional pet Grooming experience is an asset
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible, organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if necessary
- Basic computer skills,including Microsoft Office, POS Systems, and appointment booking software
