North 44 Properties is looking for capable maintenance and construction minded individuals to join our team of property management professionals.You must have a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in general construction, plumbing and electrical repairs within a residential setting. Working knowledge of a wide variety of maintenance and construction tasks, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general finishing are required. Plaster/drywall repair and installation Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently. Live In or Out Positions available.
Specific Maintenance Activities
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors; Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse; Empty waste containers; Lay tile and laminate flooring, Paint units, fix and put up new kitchen cabinetry. Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating,
cooling and ventilation systems; Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems and plumbing systems; Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances; Paint; Repair drywall; Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs; Work with minimal supervision, Landscaping for property as well.
Also will include landscaping and outdoor work summer and winter.
