We are seeking a dedicated Oven Baker / Dough Mixer to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in producing high-quality baked Breads and ensuring the consistent preparation of dough for various bakery products. Pay Rate: 17.60/hr
Work Location: North York

Schedule

- Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Availability required Monday to Saturday
- Sunday availability may be required on a rotating basis

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and mix dough according to bakery recipes and daily production schedules
- Operate industrial bakery mixers and ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and overall product quality
- Handle and lift heavy flour bags and baking ingredients as required
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards in the production area
- Support the bakery production team with daily operational needs

Requirements

- Ability to lift heavy flour bags and perform physically demanding tasks




- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced production workplace
- Previous experience working in a bakery, with mixers or ovens, is considered an asset
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Team player with a positive attitude
