Looking for determined individuals at our Portage location; who're ready to help clients change their lives through mentoring and fitness guidance in 45 minute sessions.

The applicants will not only be responsible for taking on existing clients based on their needs, but also soliciting new business and teaching our members about the benefits of Personal Training.

We're looking for motivated individuals with training/ coaching/ sales experience who can help us establish a competitive edge with our training program in Winnipeg.

Trainer Responsibilities:

- Training existing and new clients who are interested in increasing their fitness levels, managing their weight, entering competitions, etc..

- Provide members with safe/ reasonable exercises that they can perform in the gym and home.

- Give members notice of recent appointment times and schedule changes.





- Talk to members about their goals and introduce them to our personal training packages.

- Lead freestyle group fitness classes when necessary

- Advise members about important safety concerns and demonstrate exercises as needed.

Trainer Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred

- Personal training or group training certificate required.

- Must have current, valid CPR and First Aid Certifications

- 1+ years' experience in personal training or group fitness instruction

- Ability to perform exercises, movements, and demonstrations for members/ clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
