About the Role
We're hiring experienced Class 1 knuckle-boom drivers for dedicated long-haul "milk run" routes through the Central and Eastern U.S. You won't be chasing random freight — you'll deliver our own manufactured fencing products on planned, repeatable regional runs and set them down by crane, right at the customer's home. If you value consistency, modern equipment, and a professional operation that respects your time, this is your seat.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operate a semi truck with a 20-ton knuckle boom or jump in on our smaller trucks
- Run planned milk-run routes — multiple scheduled stops, no guesswork
- Safely load, transport, and crane-unload fencing products directly to customers' homes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations
- Represent the company professionally at every customer location

Routes & Schedule

- Dedicated routes (Central and East U.S.)
- Predictable, repeatable scheduling
- Multi-week trips (typically 2-week runs; home time structured and discussed upfront)
- No last-minute chaos, no random freight

Requirements

- Valid Class 1 license
- Clean driving record
- Long-haul / OTR experience preferred (comfortable with 2-week runs)
- Comfortable with multi-stop delivery routes
- Confident securing heavy,



top-heavy loads properly
- Knuckle-boom / crane experience an asset — selected candidates receive paid training, so solid drivers without boom time are encouraged to apply
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Cross-border (Canada–USA) experience is an asset but not required
