Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent service. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a Gas Station/Convenience Store environment.

Requirements:

- Must be willing to travel to, relocate or live in Campbell River.
- Candidates must be of legal age to be considered for this position due to laws regulating lottery and tobacco.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Job Description:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Operate the POS system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and hard-working.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently.




- Assist with inventory and stocking as needed.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a gas station/convenience store environment, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are advantageous.
- Solid organizational skills, communication skills, and time management are essential for success in this role.
