Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing rental properties, engaging with prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Duties

- Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application review and approval procedures
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to meet both tenant needs and company policies
- Market available properties through various channels, including social media and local advertising
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, applications, and lease agreements using property management software
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues related to leasing or property concerns
- Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and ensure properties are prepared for new tenants




- Collaborate with property management staff to ensure occupancy goals are met efficiently

Experience

- Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent marketing abilities to attract prospective tenants through creative outreach strategies
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele
- Proven customer service experience with exceptional communication skills and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records
- Administrative experience is beneficial for handling lease documentation and compliance requirements

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
