We are currently looking for a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative setting. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide a positive patient experience from start to finish.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties

- Prepare patients for dental examinations and procedures
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.)
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental radiographs and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols




- Accurately record clinical notes and treatment details
- Manage appointment flow and assist with scheduling when needed
- Process lab cases and track incoming/outgoing work

Patient Care

- Greet and prepare patients, ensuring comfort and understanding of procedures
- Provide pre- and post-operative instructions
- Address patient concerns and contribute to a positive, supportive experience

Qualifications

- Certified Dental Assistant
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with dental softwares such as Open Dental
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience with digital X-rays and electronic charting
- Multilingual abilities (considered an asset)
- Previous experience in a general or specialty dental practice

working hours : 16-32

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
