We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Full time Security Guard to join GardaWorld team at a prestigious historical site in Wasaga Beach. This position requires strong observational skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to incidents while maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.
Schedule:
- Continental Overnight Schedule - Week #1: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays; Week #2: Sundays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
- Timings: 17:00 - 05:00
- Includes weekends and holidays as required
Location: Wasaga Beach, ON

Responsibilities for Security Guard in Wasaga Beach
- Conduct regular foot patrols and mobile patrols of the property
- Monitor and enforce access control procedures
- Respond to incidents and perform effective de-escalation
- Prevent unauthorized access, trespassing, and disturbances
- Conduct vagrant and trespasser removals in a professional manner
- Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
- Operate and patrol using a company vehicle
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the site
- Communicate effectively with management, emergency services, and the public
Qualifications for Security Guard in Wasaga Beach
- Valid Security Guard Licence
- Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving company vehicles
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of extended walking and standing
- Previous security experience considered an asset
- Experience in customer service, de-escalation, or site patrol preferred
