Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team of production workers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of production workers to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and production timelines.
- Collaborate with planning, quality, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and resolve production bottlenecks or quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Enforce safety protocols and participate in safety audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety regulations, and labor laws.




- Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tools, and production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and SOPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule or shifts as required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

- Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment.
- May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required.
- Permanent position on the night shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
