Brush Salon is looking for one part-time concierge to join our front-end team. Saturday and Sunday availability is required, with additional weekday shifts available depending on business needs.
Co-founded by Michael Gibson and Calvyn Cass, Brush is a family-owned and operated salon known for modern cutting and colour work, and consistently recognized as one of Vancouver's top salons.
This role suits someone organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working closely with a busy team. Previous front-end experience in a salon or spa is a solid asset.
What you'll do
- Greet, check in, and check out guests
- Book and organize stylists' appointments
- Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Handle cash, including cashing in and out
- Manage receipts for bookkeeping
- Prepare and submit product orders
- Keep the salon clean and organized
- Respond to guest concerns with care
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Phorest software experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday, plus flexibility to pick up other shifts when needed
- Secondary school completion
