```Duties:```
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters in various construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Perform concrete forming, including pouring and finishing
- Install and repair drywall, cabinets, and other carpentry fixtures
- Assemble and install doors, windows, and frames
- Conduct construction painting and finishing work
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as needed
- Oversee roofing and masonry projects
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using power tools and carpentry equipment
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Skilled in drywall installation, cabinet assembly, and construction painting
- Familiarity with various carpentry materials and their applications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work at heights
