- Demonstrate proficiency in different aspects of web design - including, layout, interaction and most importantly understanding or willing to learn the medium you are designing for
- Skilled in Photoshop and/or Illustrator and are comfortable creating and walking through responsive Wireframes/Prototypes
- Understand product specifications and work with the development team to make your designs work cross-browser/device
- Can articulate your thoughts to the brand and senior leadership team and can handle, process and adapt to design feedback
- Understand the constraints and opportunities of designing for mobile and the responsive web

Assets

- Have experience working with Zurb Foundation
- Have designed for mobile/responsive
- Can do in browser design
- Have experience thinking about branding and marketing
- Being able to code your own designs in HTML/CSS(SASS)/JS
- Be able to test and make your code work cross-browser/device
- Experienced in version control (Git).
