Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our Collingwood maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing school buses and fleet vehicles, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and road-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain school buses and other heavy-duty vehicles
- Perform brake inspections, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Complete scheduled and MTO-required inspections
- Respond to service calls, including cold starts as needed
- Accurately complete work orders and maintain maintenance records
- Follow all shop safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and maintenance team





Qualifications

- Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
- Previous fleet maintenance experience (school bus experience considered an asset)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with diagnostic software and tools such as:
- Navistar
- Cummins Insite
- Allison DOC
- Meritor Wabco
- Comfortable using computers and electronic diagnostic systems
- Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
