The Role

We’re seeking a blowout stylist who knows how to make hair look effortlessly polished, full of movement, and Instagram-ready. Your mission: create hair moments that leave every guest feeling confident, vibrant, and eager to return.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver blowouts that are meticulous, precise, and tailored to each guest’s style and personality.
- Build meaningful connections with guests, creating a friendly, approachable, and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a stylish, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Stay innovative and trend-forward—bringing in new techniques, tools, and styling inspiration to elevate the guest experience.
- Contribute to ongoing education and skill development through Hedkandi Academy and in-house workshops.
