Experienced Bartender – Now Hiring

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, professional Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. This role requires strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, along with the ability to multitask, stay organized, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Serving It Right certification is required.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience
- Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
- Valid Serving It Right certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Experience with POS systems (Squirrel POS preferred, not required)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide engaging, attentive service and build rapport with guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Accurately take orders and process payments using POS systems




- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service
- Handle cash and payments accurately
- Follow all sanitation, health, and safety standards

Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory awareness
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service practices
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
