We are a Cleaning Company working with Recent Home Builders in Calgary & surrounding areas, cleaning new homes during the construction stage. We are looking for people that are wanting to work, very reliable, likes to clean and has an eye for detail. This position is within Calgary city limits (North & South) as well as the outlying communities of Cochrane, Airdrie, Langdon, Okotoks and Chestermere. Driving is a part of this job.

Monday to Fridays **some weekend work if needed**

~ 7am to 4pm approx. - These hours are approx. depending on your situation or not. We like to work with our employees therefore; please take note, hours can differ!

We are looking for employees that can start training immediately.

*You Must have a Reliable Vehicle* *Please do not apply if you do not have a vehicle* - You are required to drive yourself to each job site.

We supply you with all cleaning equipment and products needed.

There are typically 3 cleans in each house/unit. We also do pre paint cleans (prior to painting) as well as pre carpet cleans (prior to install of carpet and flooring)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Reliable Vehicle

- Steel toe boots

-Comfortable driving in all weather conditions, within Calgary city limits and outlying communities; Airdrie, Cochrane, Harmony, Okotoks,



Chestermere, Langdon

-Cell phone with internet access (must be able to access our portal for job information as well as communicate with supervisors.)

-Fluent in English, both written and spoken

-*Eye for detail

-Work under pressure and are flexible with changes

-Able to lift at least 25 lbs. (vacuum), be on your feet for majority of the day, able to climb stairs - this position can be physically demanding.

Experience is preferred but not necessary, we will train you to our scope of work.
