Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Liquor Assistant to join our retail team. This role involves supporting daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized and clean environment. Duties

- Assist customers with selecting products and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain accurate merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Operate cash registers and handle cashiering duties efficiently and accurately
- Restock shelves and ensure the proper organization of liquor products
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the store tidy and compliant with safety standards
- Use forklifts or other equipment as needed for inventory management (training provided)
- Support inventory counts, stock rotation, and product ordering processes




- Ensure compliance with all legal age restrictions and store policies during sales transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, or forklift operation is advantageous but not required (training available)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse clientele effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Organizational skills necessary for maintaining stock levels, displays, and store cleanliness
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks regularly to uphold store standards
- Experience with cashiering systems is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
