Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Mexican Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing traditional Mexican dishes and stews, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican dishes and stews with consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
- Complete all necessary food preparation and mise en place before service.
- Monitor kitchen needs, maintain adequate supplies, and communicate inventory requirements to management.
- Ensure all food is handled, prepared, and stored according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Follow all health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining an efficient kitchen operation.




- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Requirements

- Previous experience preparing Mexican cuisine is required.
- Food Safe Level 1 Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
- Solid knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
