We are looking for a live-in superintendent to manage a 60-unit apartment building in London.

Responsibilities include:

- Daily monitoring the condition of the vacant units, and interior/exterior of the property
- Cleaning of the common areas
- Minor repairs and maintenance
- Vacant unit turnover
- Resolve tenant concerns
- Overseeing outside trades
- Assist residents with general inquiries about the building and their suite
- Administration: rent collection, bank deposits, reports, delivery of notices
- Completion of inspections and reports
- Maintaining fire logs, winter maintenance logs, and duty logs
- Leasing: showing apartments, filling out applications, reporting to management

Must speak fluent English, read, and write in English, and communicate by email is essential. Minimum travel required.

The live-in position is ideal for a retired person, or a couple where one person wishes to work from home.

Salary: $2,700/month gross. Rent is deducted from your salary.
