We are seeking a friendly, professional, and sales-driven Sales Agent/ Front Desk to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service while actively driving revenue through product and service sales. The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, and confident in upselling memberships, programs, and retail offerings.

This position blends hospitality and sales, making it perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, building relationships, and contributing to business growth. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales, membership sales, or customer service are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests with a warm, welcoming, and professional attitude
- Manage check-in and check-out processes using POS systems
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and basic math calculations accurately
- Promote and sell memberships, programs, retail items, and additional services
- Upsell and cross-sell offerings to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue
- Conduct product or facility tours and provide service demonstrations as needed
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain organized records of guest information, sales, and transactions




- Answer phone calls with professional etiquette while identifying sales opportunities
- Resolve guest questions and concerns promptly and effectively
- Support merchandising efforts and maintain a clean, inviting front desk area
- Manage time efficiently to balance guest service and sales responsibilities
- Making cold calls and calling leads

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, front desk, and customer service required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals is a must
- Comfortable promoting services and confidently asking for the sale
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills required
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
- Experience with product demos, technical sales, or merchandising is advantageous
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
