Soles in Motion is hiring for the following Full Time position

(no experience necessary as long as there is a background in medical terminology and a willingness to learn)

Orthopedic Bracing/Compression Fitter:

- See patients, both by appointment and walk-in, educate them on the product that is required/recommended for their diagnosis, and subsequently fit braces, compression and other medial devices to assist in their medical condition or injury.

- Be responsible to continue training and be efficient in the orthopedic braces, medical products and compression.

- Build and promote solid, long-lasting customer relationships

- Be knowledgeable through training and research on orthopaedic appliances, braces, compression therapy and medical devices as well as all other retail products supplied by vendors of Soles in Motion

- Be proactive, confident and show trackable results in building relationships orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, family physicians and other medical professionals in the treatment of non-invasive bracing, supports, and compression therapy solutions. An orthopedic bracing specialist must also work with and instruct patients in caring for their injuries and/or medical condition, understand,



modify and/or adjust equipment, and be able to provide instructions to patients in their use.

- Willing to travel offsite to area hospitals for patient fittings.

- Assist in project support, events, marketing and promotion of all Soles in Motion products/services to medical professionals and the general public

- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

- Assist in maintaining administrative processes and requirements - patient files, accounts receivable, supplies needed to maintain customer service and other office tasks as deemed necessary
