Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Beverage Director to lead our beverage program and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, customer service, and beverage management. This role involves overseeing beverage service, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. The Beverage Director will play a key role in menu development, staff training, and maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and guests.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative beverage menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences
- Lead, train, and supervise the beverage team to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Oversee daily beverage operations, including bar setup, inventory management, and quality control
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage handling
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions using Micros POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on meal pairing options and coordinate special events or promotions
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction




- Stay current on industry trends, new products, and best practices in food service and beverage management

Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management, preferably as a Beverage Director or similar role
- Solid background in customer service, serving, food handling, and cashiering operations
- Familiarity with Micros POS system or similar point-of-sale technology
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques related to beverages and food pairing
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Prior experience working with alcohol licensing regulations and safety standards is preferred
- A genuine passion for exceptional hospitality and guest experience

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
