Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
- Possess a Valid Smart Serve Certificate.
