About the Role

As a Nutritional Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers achieve their health and performance goals by providing expert product recommendations, building lasting relationships, and creating an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities

* Provide personalized nutritional guidance and product recommendations based on customer goals, lifestyle, and experience

* Build strong customer relationships through genuine, consultative selling

* Maintain expert knowledge of supplements, functional foods, sports nutrition, vitamins, and emerging wellness trends

* Drive sales while maintaining a high level of integrity, professionalism, and product education

* Support merchandising, inventory management, and product presentation

* Assist with receiving, stocking, rotating, and maintaining inventory accuracy

* Support the team during busy periods and contribute to overall store success

* Stay current on new product launches, ingredient research, and industry developments

Qualifications

* Strong supplement knowledge is essential

* Passion for health, fitness,



performance, recovery, and wellness

* Confident discussing ingredients, dosing, product applications, and goal-based recommendations

* Robust communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach

* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

* Reliable, professional, and highly accountable

Highly Valued

Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) or equivalent nutrition qualification

* Certifications in nutrition, sports nutrition, personal training, kinesiology, or related wellness fields

* Previous experience in supplement retail, fitness, wellness, or health-focused sales

* Experience with premium brands such as PVL, ATP Lab, Progressive, or similar

Schedule
