Job Responsibilities

This is a Runner MOA position providing support to physicians and administrative staff throughout the clinic. Responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Scanning, filing, and processing medical documents
- Preparing exam rooms and stocking supplies
- Managing incoming faxes and mail
- Assisting with referrals, requisitions, and other administrative tasks
- Supporting physicians and MOAs with day-to-day clinic needs
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and effective work environment




- Providing coverage for front desk and other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

- MOA Certificate or equivalent medical office experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Experience with Med Access EMR is an asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset

Schedule

- Part-time (22.5 hours/week)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
