Position Overview:

As a DTD Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coaching representatives, and ensuring consistent performance across your team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing a team of door-to-door representatives
- Training and mentoring new and existing team members
- Setting daily and weekly performance targets
- Monitoring results and providing ongoing feedback
- Maintaining strong team culture and professionalism

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires robust field presence, accountability, and the ability to lead by example.
