Position Summary:

Speedy Transport Group Inc. founded in 1941 as a local, same-day parcel pick-up and delivery service, Speedy Transport (SZTG) has grown to be one of Canada's largest privately held carriers.

Shift timing: 8:30am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Collect on balance dues.
- Processing and researching disputed accounts receivables.
- Process payments and credit notes.
- Send past due notices.
- Handle correspondences, both verbal and by email.
- Send account statements.
- Various assigned tasks as requested.

Position Qualifications:





- 1 – 2 years Accounts Receivables/Collections experience preferred.
- Transportation experience is a strong asset.
- Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
- Great attention to detail. Strong computer skills required.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting.
- Ability to work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff.
- Good communication skills and ability to provide effective feedback.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
