Dovetail is a vibrant, modern restaurant concept that opened in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood in November 2023. We are looking for experienced Dishwashers that have part or full-time availability and can close.
Closing requires cooks to be on site until 1:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday and 2:00 AM, Friday & Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and organize dish area.
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support morning prep team with prep and cleaning duties.
- Clean, close, and detail dish area
- Take out recycling and garbage.
Skills:
- Experience in dishwashing.
- Experience in prep.
- Hardworking, team player, coachable.
