We have seasonal openings for a Concrete Worker/Finisher/InGround Pool Installer at MP Paradise Pools. As a Concrete Worker / Finisher / In Ground Pools Installer, you will be on the front lines assuring that the products that we deliver to customers are installed to the high standard that homeowners have come to expect from MP Paradise Pools.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Concrete Finishers / In Ground Pool Installer will be responsible for assisting crew in each concrete job to completion; helping ensure quality, safety and efficiency

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Smooth out,



level and finish freshly poured concrete at residential construction sites Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level Help set forms Level using special blades, ensuring all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over Use wood or plastic forms to shape the concrete and hold it until it is set Smooth high spots and fill depressions Wash away excess concrete Use float and hand trowels to spread concrete Excavate and prepare the base Install masonry according to specifications Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials Adhere to safety policies and procedures Assist on other company projects, not solely related to concrete

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

Ability to maintain 50-hour work week during busy seasons Physical ability to lift and exert force frequently Excellent communication Regular and punctual attendance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. 1 years of concrete and construction experience preferred but not necessary

2. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
