We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists to join a highly integrated, clinic-based care team specializing in advanced therapeutics and biologics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support patients receiving biologics and specialty medications
- Collaborate with prescribers to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Facilitate patient onboarding, access, and ongoing monitoring
- Navigate reimbursement processes and patient support programs
- Provide injection training and vaccination consultations
- Operate within a streamlined, digital-first care model
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (in good standing)
- Strong interest in clinical practice and advanced therapeutics
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, or high-volume settings is an asset
- Familiarity with Kroll and Accuro EMR preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
