We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sever to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a key member of our hospitality crew, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient food handling, and attentive support. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently maintained during food preparation and serving
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with basic food handling, preparation, and setup as needed to support kitchen staff
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables promptly during busy periods
- Maintain a clean and organized work station,



adhering to sanitation protocols and food industry regulations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling
- Experience in food industry roles involving serving, cashiering, or food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques

Pay: $17.60-$29.41 per hour
