Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher/Administration to join our logistics team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining effective communication with drivers, suppliers, and customers. This role is crucial in optimizing our supply chain operations and requires proficiency in various transportation management systems.

Duties

- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure efficient movement of freight.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide updates on routes, schedules, and any changes that may arise.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including data entry of freight details into the system.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics processes.

- Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the transportation process.
