Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, perform cash handling duties, and provide correct change using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and serving stations
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support quick service during busy hours
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly,



and addressing inquiries professionally
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure all food handling meets health standards and regulations

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be trained on-site
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between stations, and perform light food prep tasks
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is advantageous
