Qualifications

- Prior classroom experience is preferred, demonstrating effective teaching skills
- Strong knowledge of educational best practices and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to create an engaging, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
- Relevant teaching certification or licensure is a plus but not mandatory for all positions
