The River Park Veterinary Hospital is hiring!!! We are a 3-doctor practice will strive in providing comprehensive, high quality veterinary care with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and patient care.
Receptionists responsibilities will include: welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival, answering phone calls in a courteous & professional manner, replying to emails, scheduling appointments/surgeries, triaging urgent calls and emergencies, issuing invoices for treatments/medications/prescription pet food, receiving payments, faxing/emailing records for referral services, filling prescriptions, and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area and exam rooms. Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks as required. Educate clients on preventative care, products, and services offered by the clinic.
Requirements for position include a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent,
proficiency in using office equipment and software; experience with veterinary management software is a plus. Veterinary clinic experience or a completed VOA program will be an asset.
