Job Summary

We are a full service accounting firm with offices in Mississauga and Oakville, we specialize in dealing with small and medium size businesses providing them with services such as Corporate and Personal Income Taxes, Bookkeeping, Payroll, HST and Consulting. We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our firm and grow with it. Due to our diverse clientele base, a second language is highly desirable such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Polish, Ukrainian or Russian. We are committed to providing superior and reliable services to all our clients to help them with all their accounting, taxation and business needs

Responsibilities and Duties

Full cycle bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, payroll, HST, and preparing financial statements
Preparation of personal income tax returns and corporate tax returns
Working with QuickBooks accounting software
Preparation of financial statements• File HST returns.




File T1 and T2 income tax returns

Qualifications and Skills

Robust knowledge of accounting basics
Microsoft Office skills including Word and Outlook; intermediate knowledge of Excel
Should have excellent organizational skills, communication skills and leadership qualities
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
Strong work ethic and ability to work in an environment requiring discretion and confidentiality
Strong Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is an asset
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Profile Software is an asset
