This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and technically curious professional to contribute to the growth of our Business Intelligence function. Working directly with the Director of Pricing and Sourcing Analytics, you will help develop reporting solutions, build dashboards, analyze business performance, and support stakeholders across multiple business areas.

Core Skills/Experience include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including development and maintenance of complex dashboards, report creation, data modelling, DAX calculations, and deployment of reporting solutions for business users.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting business data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, or cloud-based analytics environments
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases is considered an asset.
- Exposure to ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation techniques is considered an asset.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered capabilities within Power BI, Microsoft Fabric,



and the Microsoft ecosystem to accelerate data analysis, identify trends and anomalies, generate insights, improve report development, and enhance business decision-making is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports used across the organization.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain datasets, semantic models, and reporting structures that support business decision making.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from various systems.
- Support the migration and modernization of reporting solutions within Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments.
- Create executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards to support leadership decision making.
- Assist with data quality initiatives,



validation processes, and reporting governance.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support to Power BI users across the organization.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve reporting processes and automate manual activities where possible.
- Research and evaluate emerging analytics, AI, and business intelligence technologies that can improve organizational effectiveness.
