**Overview:**

Ultra Digital Printing & Signs is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Sign Installer to join our team. The Sign Installer will be responsible for the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of various signage. This role requires a high level of precision, safety, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Installation:** Install a variety of signs including vinyl, banners, illuminated signs, vehicle wraps, and more at various locations.

- **Maintenance:** Perform regular maintenance and repairs on installed signs to ensure they remain in good condition.

- **Preparation:** Prepare surfaces and materials for installation, including measuring, cutting, and assembling sign components.

- **Compliance:** Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, local codes, and company policies.

- **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve issues with signs, such as electrical problems in illuminated signs.

- **Customer Interaction:** Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure signs are installed correctly and to customer specifications.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a sign installer or in a similar role.





- Strong understanding of sign installation techniques and materials.

- Proficiency with hand and power tools.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Positive physical condition and the ability to work at heights.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Certification or training in sign installation or a related field.

- Experience with large format printing and sign fabrication.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
