We are seeking a dependable and skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, physically capable, and eager to contribute to various construction, maintenance, or manufacturing projects. Responsibilities
- Assist with construction, repair, or maintenance tasks according to project specifications
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials and supplies as needed
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, or organizing materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery (training provided if necessary)
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not mandatory
- Prior 3 years experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different work environments

Pay: $26.50-$28.50 per hour
