We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding dealership experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct qualified vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through phone calls, social media, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to complete financing applications.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information using the dealership CRM system.
- Stay up to date with inventory, promotions, and market trends.
- Create engaging content for social media to promote dealership inventory (an asset).
- Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Deliver vehicles and provide customers with a complete vehicle orientation.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

- Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.




- OMVIC Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is considered an asset.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and mobile technology.
