COMMERCIAL CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER

Lead a team of commercial insurance experts to increase sales and service excellence.

In this role you will report to the Director, Commercial Insurance, and lead a team of dedicated commercial insurance professionals. You can be part of a highly motivated team who all contribute to the achievement of business goals and sales targets.

Here is what a typical day looks like

- Deliver results on the business strategy, through employee development, performance management, coaching, succession planning and team effectiveness to drive accountability and favourable outcomes
- Lead your team through the change management process to shape organizational understanding of proposed changes as required
- Develop a team business plan,



budget and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Collaborate with Commercial Underwriting for product review and development
- Represent the organization and liaising with domestic and international insurance companies as required
- Review required reports and complete audits on processes, documentation and correspondence
- Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses

The value you bring

- General Insurance Level 2 License required
- Frontline leadership experience in a sales driven environment, preferably commercial insurance

- Involvement in industry related associations and your community
- Qualified communication etiquette, both written and verbal

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/ week
