Duties

- Prepare and cook authentic Maharashtrian dishes, ensuring traditional flavors and presentation standards are met
- Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients with precision
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
- Serve dishes efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Assist in food handling procedures, including proper storage, rotation, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours




- Follow recipes accurately while also demonstrating creativity in meal presentation when appropriate

Skills

- Proven experience in serving and preparing Indian/Maharashtrian cuisine in a restaurant setting
