*Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various types of buildings and structures, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort for occupants. This role requires a strong understanding of insulation techniques, materials, and safety protocols. The Insulator will work closely with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and to specifications.

*Responsibilities*

- Attics

- crawl spaces

- spray foam

- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to cut, shape, and fit insulation materials.

- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure airtight installations.

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate insulation requirements for each project.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



following all safety protocols.

- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

*Experience*

- Proven experience in insulation installation or related construction fields is preferred.

- Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment commonly used in insulation work.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $17.20-$34.33 per hour
