Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and stored properly after each shift.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for resolution.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and health protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting, washing, folding,



and storing linens.
- Support team efforts by participating in regular training sessions focused on cleaning techniques and safety practices.

Key Qualifications:

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or furniture as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Positive communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report issues clearly.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus but not required; training will be offered.
